Our Family Mission Statement

We are a real family seeking to serve a real and living God. Our desire and mission is to magnify and glorify God in our everyday life at home, church and abroad. Our goal is to help families understand what their purpose and design is in regards to the family; recognize the enemy for who he is and what he is doing; and to point families, both saved and unsaved, to Christ as to become living pictures of Christ and His bride and of God and His children. As families are strengthened the church will be strengthened, therefore, being a brighter light to a dark and hurting world.

A Berry Cheery Birthday

posted by Elisabeth

Happy 17th Birthday, Josiah!

Oh, what a gift, our brother is
To our dear family!
A word which says of him the best
Is this, "integrity".
Our father's friend, our mother's boy,
The little children's smile,
His sisters' hero, certainly;
He goes "the extra mile".
He's faithful and dependable,
Humble and yet bold,
His confidence makes us secure…
…There's so much to be told!
It's difficult to put in words
All that we want to say,
So here's some pics of what we did
For our brother's birthday.

That day in March he went to work
Quite ignorant of plans…
But we had previously arranged
To give lunch break a chance.
So, when that clock struck half past noon,
Six sibling made a dash,
Left some to set the party up,
While others, still with hush,
Appeared at our dear brother's work--
Much to his great surprise--
And whisked him off to meet "the folks",
What pleasure filled his eyes!

We had a berry cheery time
At CherryBerry shop.
We talked and laughed, made memories,
And found it hard to stop.

Josiah, you're a fine young man,
We thank the Lord for you.
Keep seeking Christ with all your heart,
Please Him in all you do.

Mark the perfect man, and behold the upright:
for the end of that man is peace.
