Meet Our Family

We are a real family seeking to serve a real and living God. Our desire and mission is to magnify and glorify God in our everyday life at home, church and abroad. Our goal is to help families understand what their purpose and design is in regards to the family; recognize the enemy for who he is and what he is doing; and to point families, both saved and unsaved, to Christ as to become living pictures of Christ and His bride and of God and His children. As families are strengthened the church will be strengthened, therefore, being a brighter light to a dark and hurting world.

 Ron and Tanya
Ron and Tanya met in May of 1989 while Ron was stationed in Tennessee with the navy. They fell in love and, through following the direction of the Lord and seeking wise counsel, were married on July 11, 1992, and are deeper in love now then they ever were before! They thoroughly enjoy being with their children in singing, traveling, exploring nature, family devotions and just interacting with each other. They have a passion to encourage others to seek vibrant life in God, whether in the home, church, community, or abroad.

Anna
One word that describes her is purposeful. She is a stable and dependable anchor in our family. Her classical expertise in music, specifically in violin and piano, frequently carries over to her excellent conduct in teaching music lessons, contributions in church music, and simply throughout her daily life. She inspires those around her to deeply know God personally, by the way she frequently talks about her Savior and what she is learning, as she explores Him deeper.

Nathan and Elisabeth Radfar
Nathan and Elisabeth were united in marriage in November of 2016. They are growing more in admiration and love for the Lord and for one another every day, and are seeking to lead their family in this journey as well. They are fantastic parents to a precious young man, Joel. They desire to be an encouragement and a light to those that the Lord brings into their lives, as they faithfully serve in the mission the Lord has placed before them.

Josiah
One word that describes him is faithful. Whether it is spending time with God and His Word, serving in various ministries for the church, diving hard and heavy into biblical or practical studies, or fixing airplanes—Josiah seeks to be a man of his word and faithful in his work. He can come across very professional, yet can actually keep a hidden spark of humor within reach for conducive times.

Laura
One word that describes her is service. She is probably one of the most servant-hearted people on record. Her deep outlook on life, to her sparkle of joy while singing, to her caring touch for a needy one—are all major components of what makes her who she is today. And whoever is around her may very quickly realize that she has a special place in her heart for children. She is a great listener and is commonly found with a Bible.

Christina
One word that would describe her is adaptable. With her easy-going personality and enthusiastic attitude, she is the kind of person anyone wants on their team. Her unique sense of humor, paired with certain siblings, can make the house irrupt in laughter... but watch closely, 'cause if you don't see that spark comin', it might take you off guard! She is a passionate pianist, and is often found reaching out to a friend, whether in person or across the miles.

Charity
One word that describes her is hospitable. The way in which she interacts with people in her path is one of interest, enthusiasm, concern, and friendliness. She will be the first to put on an invitingly warm atmosphere—whether someone in need of deep encouragement, quality time, and heartfelt sympathy visits, or whether a long-time, jolly friend comes to add a double-load of what Charity has going. She can extend spiritual gems of wisdom while carrying cheer for the journey.

Joshua
One word that describes him is diligent. Whatever his hands find to do, he does it with his heart. Keeping that in mind, it is nearly impossible for him to do anything without bringing a big bucket load of humor and fun along with him. Ones who know Josh, know someone who has a deep desire to live joyfully in the freedom of Christ. With exuberant spirit, he has a desire to do business that matters, in an efficient time and way.

Joanna
One word that describes her is persistent. She would be the last to give up on something placed in front of her. This characteristic is one thing that makes her a stable and dependable anchor as well. Her logical, bright thinking is commonly sought for. But be ready, she is quite a spark of joy in the clan and may take someone by surprise with it. These attributes carry over to her musical skills in violin and piano, and spills over into her tenacious study in education.

Caleb
One word that describes him is nurturing. This description covers the realms from Ranch-life maintenance, to a livestock team leader, to sibling playmate, to quality relationship building. He carries more of a quieter composure, yet is ready to engage in the activity around, especially when it comes to the scientific aspect. His encouragement in godliness is priceless. And on many occasions, he may be found serving “behind the scenes”, and has definitely become a key asset for this crew.

Joseph
One word that describes him is fervent. He is fervent in nearly everything he is involved with. He loves truth and justice, and is a great encouragement to walk rightly. It is rather easy to get him to laugh and his energy is harnessed into his work ethic. Yet, when it comes time for a game of soccer, this same energy might be fired right in between your goalposts. He has a tender heart for things pertaining to the Lord and desires to point others to God as well.

Sarah
One word that describes her is energetic. Her hearty laugh and her bouncy curls fit her personality quite well. Sarah is one that is not shy and is quite outdoorsy. She is rather expressive which comes in quite handy for story-telling and with caring for children in general. She has a bright smile that lights up the room, and her heart for the Lord is beautifully encouraging.

Carolyn
One word that describes her is sweet. With ease, Carolyn commonly brings a sense of peace to the atmosphere. Her sensitivity to walk in the light and her desire to help others, both aid in cultivating refreshing relationships with those whom she frequently interacts with. This sweetness can also come in the form of a “chocolate-fan”. She is quickly willing to serve and is also commonly found with her Bible.

Daniel
One word that describes him is vibrant. He loves living life and much of it consists of a singing soul and a preaching passion. Yes, you read that right. He loves church; thus, the rest of the weekdays commonly consist of a “mini-church service”, even if he is the only one wearing all the hats involved to making a church service “a church service”. He is active and outgoing, and if somehow he isn’t that at the time, it might get a tad obvious to those around that something is “off”.

Amanda
One word that describes her is compassionate. She is a great asset to childcare, and has a special spot in her heart for babies. She is rather easygoing and greatly enjoys the company of friends. But, when you mention something about “violin”, you will strike a chord that just might get her attention from across the room, no matter where she is or what she is doing. She wants to know she is doing the right thing and is has a tender heart for God.

Abigail
One word that describes her is studious. She is one that frequently can be found doing some kind of detail-oriented activity in a quiet corner of the room. She has a sensitive heart and a radiant smile. This girl can uniquely be under the title of “tenderly strong”, giving her the implication of spirited passion with attentive care. And, as the picture portrays, Abby has developed a taste for the kitchen cookin’, and thoroughly enjoys the baking.

Priscilla
One word that describes her is personable. She is so down-to-earth and thrives with people. If you were to guess which one of us siblings came from the biggest family (taking a look at personality types), she would probably be the top pick. Her social life started on day 1 for her, and she still has it going strong and healthy. She is not easily timid and actually has a little pocketful of “Priscilla-style” humor that makes her the perfect “cherry-on-top” for our family.

  1. Dear Linzey family,

Your evident love for God's Word and His ways strengthens all who come in contact with you. Thank you for honoring the Lord and blessing others (I speak for myself in particular, for I have often been a recipient :). May He continue to be gracious to you!

  5. I am so happy to see such a loving, godly family team. Being a team in a family, especially one so large, is very important. So many children don't know how to be a team member of anything, and wouldn't even want too. I am blessed to know that there are still families who care about God and the role He should have in our family. God guide you all and keep you strong in Him, and His love.
