Kitchen Renovation!

We Remodeled our Kitchen!!!
It has been in desperate need of redoing for a couple years now and the Lord provided the funds for us to finally do something about it! Even though it is still on the small side, we feel like we have added a few square feet of workspace in the kitchen and it is positively affecting the whole house! We thank the Lord for the McDowell family and their ever-so-wonderful help as it would have taken us a lot longer to accomplish the remodeling process were it not for their skill and availability!

Here are a few pictures of before, during and after the remodeling procedure :) It was quite the experience, but it was very well worth the days of no kitchen, doing dishes outside, drinking from the bath tub, Elisabeth and I digging through piles of dishes in our bedroom to find serving utensils and sleeping in the living room because of our beds being used as cabinets, chaos and excitement all at the same time, and a trip in the middle of it all! But we made it with the Lord's help, and are so thankful for good friends to share this memorable experience with us!

We still have a few more touchups that need to be done, but Lord willing that will be taken care of in the near future. Praise the Lord for His provision and protection through the whole process! We are so blessed and are looking forward to using this new kitchen for the honor and glory of God!
