Taking Time Together

By Elisabeth
Recently, we were privileged to attend a Christmas Cantata by the world's best chamber choir, the Gracias Choir. They took first place in the International Choir Competition in Germany. This year, they make their tour through America as they go around the world. Their goal and purpose is to bring joy to people through the message of God's love, hope, and forgiveness in the Christmas Story. Say, it might be a bit early to start celebrating Christmas. But, like they said, Christmas should be celebrated every day. They certainly brought joy and renewed the delight of walking in love to us here in Oklahoma! The music and acts were top-quality professional, delightful, and inspiring. You should mark it down to attend one if they are ever performing near you.

A few good shots of the youngest ones at home with Laura, who volunteered to babysit for this occasion.

"Sing unto him, sing psalms unto him,
talk ye of all his wondrous works.
Glory ye in his holy name:
let the heart of them rejoice that seek the Lord."
